Korean Air Adds Daily Seoul–Hiroshima Flights from December

25 October 2026 · Explera Trade Desk · 4 min read

Quick answer: Korean Air flies daily between Seoul Incheon and Hiroshima from 23 December 2026, with an Airbus A321neo leaving Incheon in the morning and returning in the afternoon. Explera DMC Korea uses the route to plan Korea–Japan twin-centre programmes and to bring groups from western Japan to Seoul.

What is the new route?

Korean Air announced on 24 August 2026 that it will fly daily between Seoul Incheon and Hiroshima from 23 December 2026, with an Airbus A321neo in a two-class layout. Reservations opened the same day.

As filed, the flight leaves Incheon at 10:35 and lands in Hiroshima at 12:15; the return leaves Hiroshima at 13:25 and reaches Incheon at 15:25.

Where does it fit in group programmes?

  • Twin-centre trips. Groups can combine Seoul with western Japan, using this flight in one direction and another gateway in the other.
  • Groups from Hiroshima. The flight from Hiroshima reaches Incheon mid-afternoon, which leaves time for the transfer and hotel check-in before dinner.
  • Groups heading to Japan. The morning departure from Incheon lands in Hiroshima around midday, which suits the Japan leg of a twin-centre trip.

Planning notes

  • Japan side. We handle the ground arrangements in Korea; the Japan part of the trip is arranged by your Japan partner.
  • Group seats. Daily service gives more date options, but a narrow-body aircraft has limited group space, so request seats early.
  • Schedules change. We confirm flight times with the agency or its consolidator before the ground quote is final.
