How to work with Explera, your Korea DMC.

A short guide for travel agents, tour operators and MICE planners: what we do, what to send, and how quotations work.

Explera is a B2B destination management company. We design, quote and operate Korea ground arrangements for travel agents, tour operators and MICE planners, never for travellers directly. Send your detailed requirements to b2b@explera.kr in a new email for each query. A USD 100 quote and itinerary fee applies per Korea file and is deducted from your invoice when you book.

Our business model in one minute

Explera works only with the travel trade. You own the client and set your own mark-up; we build the program, quote it at net rates and run it on the ground in Korea.

01

You sell

Your agency keeps the client relationship, the brand and the margin. We never market to your travellers.

02

We build and quote

Our Korea team designs the itinerary and costs every service by hand against your requirements, at confidential net rates.

03

We operate

Once you confirm, we contract hotels, transfers, guides and experiences, issue vouchers and support your guests 24/7 on the ground.

Three rules for every enquiry

We welcome enquiries from travel trade partners worldwide. To get you a proposal fast, please work with us this way.

01

Send your live requirements in detail

Travel dates, number of passengers (adult/child split), hotel category, cities to be covered and the specific services required. We cannot quote from a one-line request.

02

One query, one fresh email

Send each new query in a new email with a clear, descriptive subject line, for example “Korea Group — 15 Pax — Oct 2026”. Please do not reply on an old thread: each file is tracked separately, and mixed threads delay your quotation.

03

No rate sheets or sample packages

We do not share rate sheets, general promotions or sample packages. Every proposal is costed by hand against your submitted requirements; that is what makes our net rates quotable, and it is the only format we send.

The USD 100 quote and itinerary fee

For Korea, we charge USD 100 per file to prepare a fully costed quotation and day-by-day itinerary.

The fee is paid before we start work on the file, and the full USD 100 is deducted from your invoice when you confirm the booking.

It lets our team cost every service by hand against live availability, instead of sending generic prices.

What to include in your request

  • Travel dates, or the travel month and how flexible the dates are
  • Number of passengers, split into adults and children (with children's ages)
  • Hotel category and room split
  • Cities and regions to cover
  • Services required: transfers, guide language, sightseeing, meals, MICE elements
  • Any special requirements, such as dietary needs or accessibility

Example subject line: Korea Group — 15 Pax — Oct 2026
