Explera DMC Limited (“Explera”, “we”, “us”) is a business-to-business destination management company (DMC) providing ground travel services in Korea for travel agents and tour operators. 2. Scope

Explera works with travel-trade partners rather than directly with end travellers. Most personal data we handle relates to our business contacts at agencies and operators, and to booking information those partners share with us to deliver services.

3. Information we collect

  • Enquiry & contact details you submit through our forms — name, company, email, phone number and the content of your message.
  • Newsletter sign-ups — your email address.
  • Booking & operational data that trade partners provide so we can arrange services (for example passenger names, group sizes and travel dates).
  • Technical data — standard server logs and privacy-friendly, aggregate website analytics (see our Cookie Policy).

4. How we use information

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver and operate DMC services, issue and reconcile invoices, send service-related communications, maintain security, and comply with legal and accounting obligations. Where you have opted in, we use your email to send trade updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Legal bases

Depending on your jurisdiction, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating a B2B travel business, the performance of a contract with your organisation, your consent (for example for newsletters), and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Sharing

We share information only as needed to deliver services — for example with hotels, transport providers, licensed guides and other suppliers involved in a booking; with banking and payment providers; and with trusted service providers such as our website host. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law.

Explera operates across multiple markets, including Korea and other jurisdictions where our group entities and suppliers are located. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to protect it consistent with this policy.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information entrusted to us.

Our website links to third-party sites and services that have their own privacy practices; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

12. Children

Our website and services are directed at travel-trade professionals and are not intended for children.
