1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of www.explera.kr and the trade services provided by Explera DMC Limited (“Explera”). By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Business-to-business only

Explera is a destination management company serving travel agents, tour operators and other travel-trade businesses. Our services and rates are intended for these partners and are not offered directly to individual consumers.

3. Our role as a DMC

Explera arranges and coordinates ground services in Korea — such as accommodation, transport, guiding, activities and events — often supplied by third parties. Individual services are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers, in addition to these Terms.

4. Quotations, bookings & cancellations

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A deposit confirms a booking, with the balance due before travel unless otherwise agreed. Deposit schedules, amendment and cancellation terms, and any peak-season conditions are set out on each quotation and prevail over general statements on this site.

5. Payments

Payment methods, receiving accounts and currencies are described on our Payments page. Where you pay via an account that does not match your invoice currency, a 0.5% conversion charge applies. Always quote your invoice and booking reference.

6. Partner responsibilities

Trade partners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, for their own client relationships and contracts, and for ensuring their travellers hold valid documentation and any required insurance.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and marks on this website are owned by Explera or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except for normal trade use of materials we provide to partners.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or continuously available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Explera is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Liability in connection with booked services is governed by the applicable booking terms and supplier conditions.

11. Force majeure

Explera is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, government action, transport disruption or other force-majeure circumstances.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory rights under local law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
