Quick answer: From 25 October 2026, EastarJet flies daily between Manado and Seoul Incheon, AirAsia takes over the daily Kuala Lumpur–Seoul route with a smaller A321LR, and Trinity Airways (formerly T'way Air) goes daily from Sydney. Explera DMC Korea times group transfers and first-day plans to these arrivals.
What changes on 25 October 2026?
- Manado – Seoul Incheon, continuing daily. EastarJet turned its former charter into a scheduled daily service in September 2026 and keeps one daily Boeing 737-800 through the winter season. Filed times: ZE536 leaves Manado at 02:15 and lands at Incheon at 08:50; ZE535 leaves Incheon at 20:25 and lands in Manado at 01:15 the next day.
- Kuala Lumpur – Seoul Incheon, new aircraft. The daily service moves from AirAsia X to AirAsia, and an Airbus A321LR replaces the A330-300. AK620 leaves Kuala Lumpur at 22:40 and lands at 06:20; AK621 leaves Incheon at 07:35 and lands at 13:30.
- Sydney – Seoul Incheon, daily. Trinity Airways, formerly T'way Air, flies one a day on an Airbus A330-300. TW502 leaves Sydney at 12:15 and lands at 21:15; TW501 leaves Incheon at 21:40.
- Status. These are airline schedule filings for the winter season and can change. All times are local.
How do these arrival times shape a group's first day?
- Morning arrivals from Manado and Kuala Lumpur. A group landing at 06:20 or 08:50 has slept on the plane. We plan an early check-in or a day-use room, breakfast, and a light first afternoon rather than a full sightseeing day.
- Late arrival from Sydney. Landing at 21:15 means the first night is a transfer and check-in only. The programme starts the next morning.
- Late-night departures. The Manado and Sydney flights leave Incheon in the evening, so the last day can still include a full morning in Seoul or a stop on the way to the airport.
What does a smaller aircraft on Kuala Lumpur–Seoul mean?
An A321LR carries fewer seats than the A330-300 it replaces. A large group may find fewer seats on one flight and may need to split across two days or two carriers. We match the Korea programme to however the air is split.
