Short answers to the questions agents ask before sending a first Korea file.
How does working with Explera as a Korea DMC function?
You send dates, group size and requirements to the trade desk by email or WhatsApp. Explera returns a quotation built for that file at trade rates, and confirms it once you approve. Payment is made to company accounts only, and we serve agents and operators, never individual travellers.
Quotations and rates
Quotations are prepared per file. Rates depend on dates, group size, hotel category and programme, so no public price list is published.

FAQ
Who can request a quotation?
Travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers, MICE planners and corporate buyers. Explera does not sell to individual travellers.
Do you publish prices?
No. Every quotation is built for the file. Send dates, group size and requirements to b2b@explera.kr.
Are your rates net or commissionable?
Quotations are issued as trade rates for the file. Tell us in your request whether you need net or commissionable pricing.
Is there a minimum group size?
Explera quotes from a single guest to large groups; the programme and hotel choice shape the price, not a fixed minimum.
Can itineraries be white-labelled?
Yes. Documents can be prepared so that agents present them under their own brand.
How do I pay?
Payments go to Explera company accounts only. Details are given on the quotation and on the payment page.
Do you handle MICE and incentives?
Yes. Meetings, incentives, conferences and events are planned and operated for corporate buyers and planners.
Does Explera hold an IATA agency licence?
No. Explera is IATA TIDS-registered (96215733), a registration that does not authorise ticket issuing.
Is Explera licensed by Korean tourism bodies?
KTO and KATA registrations are in application. We do not claim them as held.
